Shipping and Returns
I strive for easy and hassle-free shipping and returns.

Return Eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. You have 7 days after receiving your artwork to make a return. Have your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be processed once Nicole Wright Fine Art has received and processed the return.
Start a Return
Start by contacting nicolewrightfineart@gmail.com. I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back require a returns authorization number before being shipped for return.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. If there are any issues with your order, please take detailed photographs and email the photos to nicolewrightfineart@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Approved returns will be refunded to your payment method. Keep in mind your banking or credit card company can take time to process your refunded purchase. All sale items are a a Final Sale.
Restock Fee
When returned artwork is in its original, unused condition, has not been damaged or mistreated, has no signs of use, scratches, wear or tear, and is in condition for resale as new you will receive a refund for the price paid less a restocking fee equal to fifteen (15%) of purchase Price.
